Cer tgk berapa byk kalori sepinggan mee goreng..500kcal!!!!kalau hari2 makan...selama 15 hari??calori surplus kita dah around 7500kcal..almost one kg kita akan gain weight..huhu
Sebab tue kena master bab kalori intake..br la senang nk manage our weight.nak burn 500kcal pun bukan main ssh thru EXERCISE..lg la 7+++kcal...😥
