Crazy to think this was 4 years ago and the amount of things that have changed. Here’s probably the craziest thing about this prep. It was easily the most basic simple prep I have ever done when it comes to cutting or even getting ready for a show. Carbs started high. Slowly went down every week or every two weeks to some days I hit zero and we didn’t like how I looked so added post carbs back in. Cardio never went above 6 days of 35 min on the stairs. Peak weak was even easier. I tapered my water down from 3 gallons to sips on Friday. Carved up with 700g carbs Friday all from white rice and a burger and fries at night. The reason I’m saying this is sometimes keeping things very simple and basic are the best ways to do them. All while busting your ass as hard as you can.
