⬇️ 3 Words Critical To Weight Regain Prevention. ⬇️ . Bland. . Uneventful. . Boring. . Three words you’d rather not use when describing the foods you eat or meals you enjoy. But I’m here to tell you that if you don’t have a healthy serving of bland, uneventful, and boring in your day on a regular basis then you’re going to struggle preventing weight regain... . Why ⁉️ . Because if you continue to make each meal THE best meal you ever ate by sprucing it up with ”calorie-free” this and that, or, a little bit of this, and definitely that, then you are going to be slowly skyrocketing your daily intake. . Even more, if each meal needs to be the best damn 15 minutes of your day and full of emotion and pizzazz, well, you are far more likely to celebrate with an extra bite of this or a small treat because who celebrates with chicken and a side of broccoli? 🥦 . You at least need a cookie! 🍪 . Let me make it clear that I 💯 support delicious food, yes, even delicious and nutritious food, and truly enjoying your meals. But sometimes, you need to just shut up, sit down, eat, and get back to your day. . we are all guilty of letting the emotion of food consumers, to the point that it consumes our minds in between meal times and ultimately fuels a binge or series of off-track decisions later on. .
