So for #transformationtuesday I’m going to share a simple workout for someone that is just starting an exercise program...it’s simple and easy but effective and not intimidating. Circuit workouts are one of the best ways to get started because you pick the cardio, the intensity and the amount of weight. So.... 🔽 . 🔹Start with a quick 5 mins of any cardio you choose and warm up your muscles 🔹Pick two leg exercises on the machines and two upper body exercises on the machines and one ab exercise. . 🔹Start with a rep of 10 upper body exercises and doing a total of 3 sets with cardio in between each set. The cardio should be at your intensity and the weight on the machine should push you slightly. You can increase weight as it becomes too easy. . 🔹Repeat this patten with the next upper body, leg and ab exercises you chose and make sure you are doing cardio in between each rep 10. . 🔹Cardio can be burpees, running in place, biking, treadmill, elliptical... Whatever you are comfortable with. . This is a great way for beginners to start but you have to start to see results...take my 21 day challenge and begin by exercising 30-45 mins every day for 21 days.
