Being depressed takes a lot outta me, I’m not gonna lie. Owning my own business, writing my own blog, and just being a person in general seems impossible. When I’m having those days, it’s not motivation that gets me out of my bed. It’s discipline. I started doing time blocking right after FinCon, and I LOVE it. I give myself varying tasks so I don’t burn out and my “to-dos” are mapped out for me. My productivity has increased, my stress levels have decreased (cause I’m actually getting ish done), and I feel more accomplished at the end of the day! Best of all?
