How far are you willing to go? I went to get these name tags at Ikeja, I saw a woman who had them but I didn't like how they looked. I asked for the one I wanted and her response was a brush off because she didn't have what I wanted. I carried myself and continued my search. I got to another woman who had exactly what she had but asked what I didn't like about it (which was a lot but the biggest was a sticker on the tag) she assured me it was removable and went ahead to remove all the stickers from the tags I wanted. I didn't just buy the stickers I got other things from her and was she glad. Sometimes what stops us from closing that sale may just be a little more value you can add to your service, a more open and friendly attitude, a brighter smile... and glam! you've closed the sale. People really don't buy your products they buy 'YOU'. What are you willing to do differently today?
