If you don't believe you can and give it a try, you will never land a new job. A few months ago, I worked with a client creating his new CV, LinkedIn and Cover Letter. Recently, he was invited for an interview for his #dreamjob position (as an Avionics and Electronical Engineer), and he contacted me again. This week, I did an online interview preparation session with him. * We reviewed carefully the Job Description of the position he was applying for, and he met about 80% of the requirements. Still, he was not confident about it. After 1,5 hours session, we covered several aspects related to his future #jobinterview, but my main message to him was: you must believe that you can make it! From the outside, it was clear that he had great chances to succeed at the interview, but if he doesn´t believe on it, nothing will happen. 🔹Everybody who got a better job had to give it a try. 🔸The ones who have tried, have 50% chances of getting a new job and 50% changes of not getting it. 🔹If the person works on the right strategy to do it, and have a plan, the chances of getting the job will increase a lot. But again, it all starts with believing that you can do it. ✭ Which is your main struggle related to job interviews?
