Fat loss isn’t about quick fixes It’s about consistency. People who take fat loss seriously are shameless about their reasons for wanting to get rid of it Non-serious people tend to be meek because they lack the conviction to tell the world what they think. Here are some examples: Meek Person: says that they have a good diet, but can do a little better with sugar cravings. Shameless Person: tells you straight up they have a dirty diet and need help fixing it to prevent health problems. Meek Person: says that they want to look good in their clothes. Shameless Person: wants to look great naked and says it with zero regrets. Is being consistent simple? No. It takes effort, especially in the beginning. But the effort is worth it because consistency separates the winners from the losers. Not sorry, there is no trophy for half-assed effort. That’s why sudden crash diets and fat loss pills don’t work over the long-term. To stay consistent on your fat loss diet means you’ll have to stay prepared, eating healthy and working out regularly to get lean. And it takes time. The best practice to stay consistent with your eating is tracking your nutrition with a journal or an app like MyFitnessPal. Besides the knowledge and awareness you’ll gain through dietary tracking, you’ll also develop a renewed sense of accountability: Most of us know what’s healthy and what’s not. But by consciously taking note, you’ll reinforce your habits. You don’t need to give up all of your favorite foods either. Tracking what you eat allows you to eat foods you like while losing fat. Pretty cool, right? By the way, this doesn’t mean that you have to go full-blown nerd alert tracking macros, just plan your meals and check them off as you eat them. If you stray from the plan, make note of it. When it comes to fat loss goals be shameless about what you want and consistent with your efforts. P.S.
