My favorite orders are the ones when my customer has no idea what they want. In this case, she needed a cake for her Motherโs 70th Birthday. I asked her to tell me some of her Momโs favorite things..flowers, purple, elephants and bling..I think that I was able to capture all of those things in this cake and itโs probably my favorite cake that Iโve done so far ๐๐
This digital artwork is part of a weekly challenge from @procreate. It is called #artmash and it was created to push artists out of their comfort zones, with 3 random prompts. Each week we get new prompts, this time the prompts were Orchard, Elephant and Blanket. I really love these three words, they inspired me to draw the Elephant infront of a sunset, as a surrounding I used some bushes and apple trees. I also wanted to draw a second animal, so that the elephant isnโt so alone. His friend is a cute little mouse and they are watching the sunset together while he is trying to reach an apple. I tried to use the lighting effectively. I think it turned out just as I wanted it to.
