Since we started making our own milk, the kids have been begging me for some Chocolate Milk. So I came up with a recipe that they love, is super easy, and totally nourishes their bodies. 3/4 cup Raw Organic Cashews 3 cups Filtered or Spring Water 2 Tbsp Organic Cacao Powder 1 tsp Organic Reishi Powder 1 tsp Organic Lions Mane Powder 1 tsp Organic Vanilla Bean Powder 2-3 Tbsp Organic Beet Sugar depending on sweetness preference. May also use dates, honey, and other natural sweeteners. Soak cashews over night or to speed things up soak for 30 minutes in hot water. Drain cashews and blend with water until milky. Drain milk with fine strainer or cheesecloth and return to blender. Add remaining ingredients.
