Inspired from one of my role models in Videography @Yakfilms did a collaboration with @noesisx Dance Crew in London to a track called Vossi Bop by @stormzy Another Iconic Artist who stands out in his field due to his unique style. "Baddening up the game" of Grime Music and publicly celebrated not only as headline act of Glastonbury this year but also with a gifted custom bullet proof vest painted on by the ultimate artist which needs no introduction @banksy I've always struggled with putting my "Art" out there... It's funny how I can be so confident in so many areas of my life that have been critical to the success of my business. However when it comes to what I care most about I am in absolute fear of judgment. I have finally come to the realization that the fear comes from standing alone. I do not fit in the dance community, I like to borrow aspects from various sub dance styles and I do not follow choreography very well. I'm starting to improve though, putting out my progress to the public is a huge step for me, I'm starting to learn that you cant stand out by fitting in. I need to embrace my own style and creativity but ultimately dance my own dance without fear from those who cant hear the music. Just let yourself go and create. Interpreting the music, instinctively through the movements of my body is how I dance so naturally filming a freestyle in several locations in a coherent video was super challenging, especially when it involved public places. In work I've learned that things move so quickly in digital that you need to stop chasing perfection and just post it. Gather feedback and improve. @garyvee hammers this on to his audience repeatedly about stop talking and making excuses - just do it. So here I am... Build - Measure - Learn Thank you to the Bro @kibikojun for the hype and being my personal cameraman for the day. Huge thank you to the amazing dancers in the Yak Films Video from Noesisx Crew you guys killed it! Making a video half as good as a solo act was a great challenge which certainly got me out my comfort zone. Amazing dancers every one of you, would really appreciate some feedback, be brutally honest!
