Oldie but a goodie! 2nd leg day was a success. Now I know what y'all may be thinking, " 2 leg days? The hell is wrong with him?" "Do you have a death wish?". The answer is NO and I have no clue what's wrong with me, the therapist kicked me out of his office for being too messed up 😂😂(never been to one, never will). In all seriousness though, I do two leg days a week plus calves 2-3 times a week, but I do different workouts. My first day is heavy, leg press, squats, deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, calves, curls, and extensions. The next leg day is a light day, single leg curls and extensions, lunges, single leg press, calves, hip and thigh abductor. Now I do two days because I am trying to get my legs to grow and tone up at the same time. Its not to say that everybody should do two leg days, mainly because it depends on your goals.
