Things I thought when I would watch (stalk) health coaches on Instragram, before diving in myself...... "this girl is so annoying posting her workouts all the time"
"that's great for her, but I'll get there on my own, I don't need a group" "who is she trying to be, anyway?!" "what are those accountability groups they're always talking about?" "why are they so successful, but I'm not?" "I wish I could do what she's doing...." I didn't think I was the kind of person to ever join a 'fitness group'. I mean, that would be totally putting myself OUT THERE! I'm actually quite shy 😬...and so even though I knew that at-home workouts would be my jam 🙌🏻, I didn't think I would jive with the support group aspect of this. I didn't want ANYBODY to see me fail.😖 But that was the problem right there - I was already talking to myself like I was PLANNING TO FAIL. What?!?!? 😱 Here's the thing, it will look differently for each person - and only YOU can decide when you're "ready". But, there's always going to be a reason holding you back...things come up to make you busy, there are setbacks in life and always something else you need to spend money on. But shouldn't your health be more of a priority? Wouldn't getting healthier change many things for you??? It certainly did for me. ....and I was pleasantly surprised that these accountability groups turned out to be every bit of FUN 🥳 that they were promised to be. (or I would've given them up by now😆) TAKE A CHANCE ON YOURSELF, FRIEND. I'm here to support you throughout it all. 💛 working on getting ladies access to the next fit group launching this week!
