Okay, Okay! I believe this workout plan is more efficient. The best part is each day you get to push yourself a little more. There are variations on the push-ups ONLY. I know how difficult push-ups can be. But..... I really want you guys to try as many regular push-ups as you can. I will post the variations in videos later when we start. I will also be doing live workout sessions as well. Keep count, as they become to much you’re allowed to complete them by stretching them out for the day. I suggest getting a journal to keep track.
