This is a rooftop lounge in the Grosvenor House Hotel in the Dubai Marina area. You can spot this hotel from a distance with it’s distinct two blue-lit, pointed towers. Location📍(3.5/5): Siddharta Lounge is located in the Marina area of Dubai. It is a short walking distance from the Marina Walk and is easily accessible from Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). There is free Valet Parking if you decide to drive, where you can drop off your car just outside the venue and the staff will park your car for you. Upon return, they will bring the car back to the entrance for you. Atmosphere 🌍 (4.5/5): The lounge has a really classy vibe, it’s somewhere you’d be expected to dress up a little. They usually have live music or a DJ playing really chilled out music. There is also a bar that serves alcoholic beverages as well as mocktails if you do not drink. You can also order snacks whilst smoking - we haven’t personally tried their food. Shisha 💨 (3/5):The quality of the Shisha here is good, the flavours are standard. We smoked a standard Grape and Mint Shisha but have smoked other flavours here before. The Shisha is smokey and lasts a good couple of hours. The price is around AED 150 (approx £30). The waiters are constantly at your service and top up coals often. They serve Shisha between 5 to 11:15pm. Seating & Comfort 🛋(3/5): The seating for Shisha is a mix of a few tables with chairs, sofa seats with tables and majority of seating on steps with cushions. The sofa seats are more comfortable but do not give you the same experience as the steps give. The steps are a key characteristic of the lounge and you get a really nice view of the Marina skyline. These steps are the perfect choice for some really nice photos and selfies. Service 💁🏻♂️💁🏻♀️(4/5): The service at the lounge is really good - you are greeted at the entrance by a bouncer who calls the lift for you. When you arrive to the rooftop there is a concierge who asks whether you are there for Shisha or Bar/Food. You are taken to be seated and are checked upon regularly. Coals are constantly changed.
