As a nutrition coach, December is one of my slowest months of the year as everyone takes time to enjoy the holidays (and good food). To be honest, I’m so grateful for the chance to relax before January hits because we all know that’s the time that everyone wants to start eating healthy again! Trust me, I ain’t complaining at all, because a girl likes to eat so a girl gotta work. But, breaks are certainly nice too. What is your December like?
