It makes you withdraw deeper into whatever negative zones you already have in your life. It makes you “accept” things and situations you even know are toxic, because it preys on your fears that your negative zones might, and can, get worse. Fear expands itself. “Fear, expands itself” Example - “Things not going great in life? Don’t try to change anything because you might make it worse! Imagine how bad THAT would be!” That’s a “mentality” that will reduce your life to staying in negative relationships, negative zones, and negative thoughts. FOREVER.
