The idea of maintaining a wellness-based lifestyle seemed a bit daunting to me at first. Even though I've always been active that word "wellness" just felt heavy and overwhelming. 💚 The concept became accessible once I broke it up into smaller discrete units knowing that eventually, everything would culminate in a balanced approach to wellness. By focusing on smaller components of health, the practice became sustainable and more enjoyable. 💚 My initial focus was on what goes IN my body, and that made me more aware of what goes ON my body. At this level of awareness, I also became attuned to my spiritual and energetic needs. 💚 In all areas choosing to make myself a priority helps me make decisions that continue to support a wellness-based lifestyle.
