😖 Stress Awareness Month has been held every April. We know that as much the technology gives us the ability to communicate more efficiently, it also brings #stress into our lives. 📱 Here are 3 ways you can utilize your smartphone to reduce your stress:⠀ ⠀ ➡️ 1. Use meditation apps to help you relax, breath, recharge or just take your mind off for 5-10 minutes a day⠀ ➡️ 2. Make to-do-lists or set reminders for all tasks (personal or #business ), this way you do not have to "cook it" in your head all day.⠀ ➡️ 3. Put your phone on silent for an hour and do not check it: and out it away from reach - give yourself permission to focus on work or family without any distractions⠀ ⠀ 🔇 AWE BONUS TIP: Turn off every non-essential audio notification. When your phone dings, you feel anxiety if you don’t check it immediately and that keeps us in constant stress-mode. ⠀ ⠀ #beawesome#awesometogether#stressfree#stressrelief#selfcare#selflove#entrepreneur#success#motivation#entrepreneurship#entrepreneurlife

Are you growing your talent internally? Do you know how to identify internal talent? This is so true with succession planning. Many owners are not grooming the next generation of leaders for their firm. In order to grow the value of your firm you have to have solid middle management. This means documenting what you do, valuing your staff, and giving them opportunities to grow. @harvard_business_review
Happy weekend all! I took today off because hubby and boys had the day off. We’re heading out for some Indian food and some quality family time. 🙌🏻❤️😍 Lots of shifts happening and I’m taking today and the full moon to get present and let myself just be in it all. What are you up to??
