When I came to know the Lord, he told me to tell him everything that was on my heart, so I did. I would share my little dreams, big dreams, my desires, my frustrations, pretty much everything. I would even share my desires and dreams with my family and friends (at that time) and sometimes they would think that I am crazy. But now looking back over my life, I can attest to the goodness of God. He blesses the desires of his people. The prayers and the desires that I gave to the Lord, he exceeded my desires. I have a few things that I really desired or would dream about (e.g. like having the choice of working from home, being salaried, having a beautiful home, and traveling more). Also, Looking back to last year, I remember thinking how I was so tired of feeling like I’m in the same space in life and nothing new (or exciting) was happening in my life. Now, looking back I can see all the new things that the Lord has brought my way with new opportunities, relationships, adventures, free vacation to Thailand, travel, the development of new gifts, and completing my masters degree.
